Stacey Giles

Stacey Giles joined Exeter Finance in April 2018 as Senior Vice President, Human Resources and was promoted to Executive Vice President, Human Resources in December of the following year. In April of 2024, Stacey assumed the role of Chief Human Resources Officer. As CHRO, she plays a crucial role in strategic decision-making, particularly in areas such as talent acquisition, employee development, performance management and succession planning to align the workforce with the company's goals and objectives. Stacey has responsibility overseeing the human resource management and employee relations within the organization, ensuring compliance with employment policies, and fostering a culture of agility and adaptability to meet the evolving needs of the workforce and the organization.

Prior to joining Exeter, Stacey served five years in progressively responsible Human Resources leadership roles at Pacific Union Financial, including one year as Senior Vice President, as well as Vice President of Human Resources at Goldman Sachs and six years in recruiting and HR management roles at Archon Group.

Stacey earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Human Resources Management at the University of North Texas and a Master of Business Administration degree in Organizational Behavior at The University of Texas at Dallas.
