We focus our corporate giving on supporting the education and health journeys of children, honoring veterans, and promoting activities and learning that improve our mental and physical health. Each year, Exeter gives more than $55,000 to various non-profit organizations benefiting these causes and communities. Our employees also dedicate time outside the office to further our support. Each summer, for example, we actively participate in the Wounded Warrior Run to support members of the military who were wounded in action. In recognition of National Veterans and Military Families Month and Veterans Day, we celebrate Exeter team members who have previously served in the armed forces in collaboration with the Armed Forces Bowl. And to wrap up the year, we dedicate a “wish” to a child in collaboration with the Make-A-Wish foundation and conduct a Toys for Tots drive.
As a financial services company, we want to help consumers learn about personal finance. So, we offer Financial Improvement Training (FIT) to all our customers at no charge. The FIT core curriculum includes easy-to-follow videos, tools, and other resources covering everything from budgeting and increasing your earning potential to managing credit and financial planning.
